Do I have to be a member of LAGCC to have an event at the Club?  
All non-member events must be sponsored by a member of LAGCC.

Do you allow outside Vendors?
We do not allow any outside cateringówe pride ourselves on serving the finest food and beverages available. We do allow you to bring in a Wedding Cake, DJ, Band, Florist, Photographer or Videographer. We have compiled a Vendor List of the best local vendors if you need suggestions.

How long is the Club (or Room) available to me for my event?

Room rentals are based on a 4.5 hour time period.

Can we customize our menu or are we limited to certain selections?  
Yes of course, with our world class Chef we are able to customize your menus to suit dietary needs, personal preferences and budget. Our Special Events Director is available to assist you through the menu planning process. 

Are taxes and gratuity included in the price?
No. A 20% service and gratuity charge is added to the price of food and beverages. Sales tax is applied to the entire bill.

Can I have my wedding ceremony at the Club?  
Yes, we frequently host wedding ceremonies on the Loyola Patio overlooking the Golf Course.

Is there a Wedding Coordinator to personally handle our wedding reception?
No. Our Special Events Director will guide you through the planning, menu selection, ceremony, and through the start of your reception. It is strongly recommended that you hire an independent wedding coordinator for your event.
